FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Washington, DC, March 30, 2020:<\/strong> The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) today announced that 12 new Regents were elected to its Board of Regents at the College\u2019s Annual Business Meeting held Friday, March 6, 2020 in Boca Raton, Florida. ACTEC\u2019s Board of Regents is the governing body of the College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ACTEC\u2019s 2019 Nominating Committee, chaired by Past President Susan T. House<\/a>, nominated 12 Fellows to fill existing vacancies. Members of the Committee Charles D. (Skip) Fox, IV<\/a>, Lou S. Harrison<\/a>, Christopher R. Hoyt<\/a>, Cynthia Lamar-Hart<\/a>, Carolyn Ann Reers<\/a>, Margaret E. W. Sager<\/a> and Harry W. Wolff<\/a>, provided the nominations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nominees elected for a second three-year term ending in 2023 are Fellows Elaine M. Bucher<\/a>, Boca Raton, Florida; Mickey R. Davis<\/a>, Houston, Texas; Lauren Y. Detzel<\/a>, Orlando, Florida; Steven B. Gorin<\/a>, St. Louis, Missouri; Lynne K. Green<\/a>, Jackson, Mississippi; Nancy A. McLaughlin<\/a>, Salt Lake City, Utah; and Robert E. Temmerman, Jr.<\/a>, San Jose, California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And, nominees elected for an initial three-year term ending in 2023 are Fellows Stephanie B. Casteel<\/a>, Reno, Nevada; Kim Kamin<\/a>, Chicago, Illinois; Margaret G. Lodise<\/a>, Los Angeles, California; and Suzanne Brown Walsh<\/a>, Hartford, Connecticut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, the nominee elected to fill the unexpired term held by Susan D. Snyder, Chicago, Illinois, ending in 2021 is Fellow Gregory V. Gadarian<\/a>, Tucson, Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI am pleased to acknowledge the College\u2019s newly elected Regents, as these exemplary individuals will work closely with me in leading all affairs of the College,\u201d said ACTEC President Stephen R.
