Washington, DC, March 19, 2020:<\/strong> The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) today announced that 12 new Regents were elected to its Board of Regents at the College\u2019s Annual Business Meeting held virtually Tuesday, March 2, 2021. ACTEC\u2019s Board of Regents is the governing body of the College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Past President Charles D. Fox, IV<\/a> chaired the 2020 Nominating Committee with members Susan T. Bart<\/a>, Mark M. Christopher<\/a>, Randall T. Grove<\/a>, Chris R. Hoyt<\/a>, Cynthia Lamar-Hart<\/a>, John A. Terrill, II<\/a> and Stephanie M. Tuthill<\/a>. The Committee nominated 12 Fellows to fill existing vacancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nominees elected for a second three-year term ending in 2024 are Fellows Gerry W. Beyer<\/a>, Lubbock, Texas; Lora L. Brown<\/a>, Seattle, Washington; Christopher H. Gadsden<\/a>, Wayne, Pennsylvania; Beth Shapiro Kaufman<\/a>, Washington, DC; and Peter T. Mott<\/a>, Southport, Connecticut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, nominees elected for an initial three-year term ending in 2024 are Fellows Leigh-Alexandra Basha<\/a>, Washington, DC; Gregory V. Gadarian<\/a>, Tucson, Arizona; Miriam W. Henry<\/a>, New Orleans, Louisiana; Joshua E. Husbands<\/a>, Portland, Oregon; James D. Lamm<\/a>, Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Bridget A. Logstrom-Koci<\/a>, Minneapolis, Minnesota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
