The series shares the expertise of ACTEC Fellows who provide best practice advice, insights and commentary on subjects relevant to trust and estate and wealth management professionals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n ACTEC Trust and Estate Talk launched February 20, 2018, featuring What should attorneys have in their Engagement Letters<\/a>. Yesterday\u2019s episode, Modernizing Section 6166<\/a>, will be the College\u2019s 163rd podcast. Subjects have ranged from new legislation, such as the SECURE Act, to electronic wills to deep-dive topics like Charitable Remainder Trusts (CRTs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each podcast is embedded on a webpage, transcribed, and linked to content mentioned by speakers. Followers of the series appreciate the online content, as evidenced in more than 225,000 page views on The ACTEC Foundation website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOur objective in creating these distinctive podcasts is delivering content-rich information to Trust and Estate attorneys and related professionals,\u201d said ACTEC Fellows Natalie M.
