Participants attended three two-day sessions and had the opportunity to interact with ACTEC Fellows, lecturers, and program sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduates were recognized on December 2 in Kansas City, Missouri. The leadership team of the Heart of America Fellows Institute includes Chancellors&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/actec.matrixdev.net\/directory\/profile\/Robert-Kirkland\/6330b36a-03f5-449a-b98e-861f42412422\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Robert Kirkland<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/actec.matrixdev.net\/directory\/profile\/Cynda-Ottaway\/39eb5179-6263-47a8-996f-0763a2877f0c\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cynda Ottaway<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/actec.matrixdev.net\/directory\/profile\/Kathleen-Sherby\/8997a5de-c333-4e28-acfc-a26c177c5463\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kathleen Sherby<\/a>; and Deans&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/actec.matrixdev.net\/directory\/profile\/Shannon-Barks\/96ed39d3-a1e0-4c7e-acaf-638cf72155e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shannon K. Burns<\/a>&nbsp;addressed the graduates, recognizing the importance of institutes being implemented across the country as well as the mentorship program established by the Heart of America Fellows Institute leadership team.
