ACTEC meetings offer sponsor tabletops. Tables are assigned by ACTEC staff to ensure competitors are not placed next to one another. The assignment of a tabletop cannot be moved without the approval of the College. Pre-and-post registration lists, including email addresses, are provided for one pre-event communication and one post-event communication. The ACTEC logo may not appear on products, materials, advertising, or other promotional offerings. Aggressive outreach to Fellows for meeting times on their calendar or follow-up calls post- meeting will not be welcomed by the Fellows.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are tips for successful sponsor participation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunities to Network with ACTEC Fellows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACTEC meetings differ from other meetings, as sponsors have multiple opportunities to meet with ACTEC Fellows. College Officers, Regents, Committee Chairs and State Chairs make an effort to welcome sponsors during events, and to greet and talk personally to representatives of the sponsor company. ACTEC meetings also welcome sponsor representatives to attend and network with ACTEC Fellows during the following events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coffee Breaks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breakfasts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CLE Seminars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receptions (such as Sponsor Recognition Reception)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committee Meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sponsor Comment, Question or Request<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Sponsorship Advisory Committee, in coordination with College staff, oversees the policies and procedures for sponsorship opportunities at ACTEC meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please fill out the form below to communicate with the Sponsorship Advisory Committee, ACTEC staff, to pose a general question, or offer feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The College Culture&nbsp; ACTEC meetings differ from traditional \u201ctrade shows,\u201d as successful sponsor participation focuses on the camaraderie among ACTEC Fellows, guests, and sponsors.
